John Kerry: A Traitor for the Ages
At Townhall.com, Frank Hawkins closes his article about John Kerry with this:
"For the record, Article 3 of the US Constitution: 'Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.' The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. ยง 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.
So here's the real question: Was there ever a more despicable American than John Kerry?"
