Indictment: Arrington diverted $70,000 in nonprofit money

"Federal prosecutors now charge that while she was becoming a well-known public figure, Arrington diverted at least $70,000 from her nonprofit during many of the same years she was suffering tens of thousands of dollars in gambling losses at Presque Isle Downs & Casino. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Erie announced Thursday that Arrington, 51, is facing 33 felony counts. Thirty-one of the counts are for wire fraud and are related to expenditures made with money intended for MATV, according to the indictment."
