Somehow; however, legislation is passed favoring the opposite way...
Recently, on the Townhall.com website, Steve Deace took time to explain about this:
"Yet despite widespread public approval for many basic conservative principles, the statists still maintain widespread control of the government schools, the ruling class routinely caves to the moral depravity lobby, the government continues to grow regardless of who’s in power, and the child killers at Planned Parenthood continue to pick the taxpayers’ pocket.
