Meanwhile - in the U.K. - Water troubles
They are restricted in it's use, but the water companies don't have to fix leaks.
Say what?...
Katherine Faulkner and Mario Ledwith have the story in the U.K. Daily Mail, and it's not pretty:
"Water companies have been told they will not have to step up efforts on leaks for the next three years, despite the country suffering its worst drought for a quarter of a century. More than 20million people in Britain have been hit by a hosepipe ban following the severe drought in the South and East. But almost a quarter of the entire country’s water supply – around 3.4 billion litres – is still disappearing from the system every day because companies have failed to stop leaks."
