"Birthers" are everywhere!, except in the media
So many questions.
Birth certificate, Passport, Selective Service card, Social Security number, hospital records, immigration records, and more.
Smoke, mirrors, and so many web pages.
I need to get these out of my system. I've actually weeded many of them out; however, there are still more than enough to keep you busy for a while...
And finally, this might just curl your hair...

Doug Book writes at CoachIsRight.com:
"The Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s office did everything in its power to thwart the very filing of a legal appeal in Weldon v Obama, the case in which Judge Michael Malihi ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore eligible for the Georgia ballot.>>>
And the Superior Court itself has just dismissed plaintiff David Weldon’s appeal of that ruling.
The numerous questions surrounding Malihi’s February 3rd decision and the clear errors of law and procedure upon which it was based have been discussed by countless members of the new media. "
Penbrook One posts at theDailyPen blog:
"Vital Records indicate Obama not born in Hawaii hospital">>>
And also at theDailyPen blog, Dan Crosby adds:
"A government document found buried in the online reference section of a Boston Public Library archive bolsters a growing mountain of evidentiary data against Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president.">>>
Then, there's Dianna Cotter on the English version of Pravda's website:
"A singularly remarkable event has taken place in the United States of America. This event occurred in Arizona on March 1st and was an earth shattering revelation.>>>
A long awaited press conference was given by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a five time elected Sheriff, which should have made national and international headlines. Arpaio's credentials include serving in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953, service as a federal narcotics agent serving in countries all over the world with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and served as the head of the Arizona DEA. Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.
Yet, in the five days since his revelations there has been little in the way of serious reporting on the findings he presented in his presser. With 6 short videos, the Sheriff and his team presented a devastating case, one the tame US press is apparently unable to report."
And now, the Associated Press' Jacques Billeaud on Yahoo's website:
"A legislative committee on Wednesday endorsed a proposal that requires presidential candidates to swear that they meet the qualifications to be the nation's chief executive.>>>
And the Arizona secretary of state is expected in the coming days to call for candidates to complete a new form asking eligibility questions, including whether they are natural-born U.S. citizens."
And there's Jeffrey T. Kuhner at WashingtonTimes.com writing:
"Is President Obama’s birth certificate a forgery? Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., believes it is. He recently held a press conference in Phoenix to discuss the findings of a new 10-page report. Mr. Arpaio’s investigators have come to a stunning conclusion: The long-form birth certificate Mr. Obama released last year is a 'computer-generated forgery.'>>>
With the exception of The Washington Times, however, no major U.S. media outlet reported this bombshell story. The liberal press corps is desperately trying to suppress any discussion of Forgerygate — potentially one of the biggest scandals in American history. The media class is betraying its fundamental mission to pursue the truth."
The lawyer, Dr. Orly Taitz, who has brought this issue to court in many venues, gives a synopsis here, beginning with:
"But what about the United States of America? The irony is that we, all 311 million Americans are victims of the biggest fraud in the history of this nation. Specifically, this is the fraud committed by one, Barack Hussein Obama. Unfortunately, the level of corruption among our governmental bureaucrats and judges and heavily censored and manipulated puppet US 'main stream' (or truly backwater) media is enormous. Even with the undeniable evidence of fraud committed by Obama, we are yet to get a court ruling removing him from the ballot and prosecuting him to the full extent of the law for elections fraud, use of a computer generated forgery, claiming it to be a true and correct copy of his valid birth certificate, use of a stolen Social Security number and hiding his identity under the last name Soetoro and Soebarkah.>>>
Well, I better start from the beginning. As Obama started running for the US Presidency, I could tell that much of what he was saying did not ring true and did not check out.
Probably the most troubling was the fact that he is using a Social Security number assigned to another individual."
And finally, this might just curl your hair...

Judge Michael Malihi does not work for a Georgia superior court. He works for an administrative law court. He did not believe the birther witnesses, and so he recommended----repeat RECOMMENDED, not ruled--to the Georgia Secretary of State that Obama be on the ballot, and the Georgia Secretary of State accepted Malihi's recommendation. The Secretary of State of Georgia is a Republican, serving in a Conservative Republican governor's administration.
You are correct.
Thank you for your comment.
I included this article as an example of how so many courts, states, the Republican Party, news media, etc., are extremely reluctant to take a "let's really find out" stand on this issue.
