Meanwhile - in Ontario, CN - Heating no longer free for couple
Somehow, at least at face value, this seems wrong.
I wonder what would happen if it were water, oil, or how about a walnut tree or wild berries?
Could government take those away from you?...

I found this on Canada's TheSpec.com website:
