Bonuses - for poor performance?
There's a lot of truth in this editorial.
Generally, in a capitalistic economy, companies make as much money as they can, pay their employees and their benefits, reinvest in their business, and pay bonuses out of their PROFITS.
That seems to imply: no PROFIT, no BONUS.
Obviously, something has gone drastically wrong...
