Polls - Congress approval ratings
So how's that Democratic majority Congress doing?...
Here at www.zogby.com is the latest:
"Job approval ratings for Congress hit a new record-low of 9% this month, with fully 50% of likely voters giving Congress “poor” job marks. Before hitting a new record-low this month, favorable job approval ratings for Congress had stagnated at 11% since returning in June to the previously record-low job performance numbers Congress hit in October 2007. The Democratically-controlled Congress earns positive ratings from 12% of Democrats, up from 10% who said the same in July, while Republican approval has fallen to 8% from 13% last month. Job approval ratings for Congress have also fallen among political independents, down to 6% from 8% in July."
