The Left is Never Content

This writer takes issue with a Yahoo.com sports writer. ..
At Breitbart.com, John Nolte shares his opinion that:
"... the whole idea of live and let live is no longer good enough for the left; before you know it, these worms turn and all of a sudden we are being put out of business for not participating in gay marriages, our daughters are forced to pee next to mentally ill men wearing a skirt, the government is mandating us to buy overpriced health insurance, and sportswriters are shaming and bullying black athletes who refuse to disrespect the American flag.

Yes, that is now happening."

The Media - Hypocrisy

Here's one of those images "worth a thousand words"...

"Trump's Unintended Consequences: The Turn of the Culture Wars"

Entertainment used to give us an escape from all the crap.
It no longer provides that...
At AmericanThinker.com, David Prentice offers this in his post about the enterainment world:
"Let me suggest the major reason, the elephant in the living room: Hollywood’s unabashed anti-American leftism. Since November 8, the Hollywood left has not only gone crazy, it has outed itself as totally irrational, over the top, incapable of understanding America, and totally anti-American. A lot of people have known of the Hollywood leftist bias, it’s not a secret. But until this year, never have they appeared so out of touch, and so off the wall as now."

"Angela Merkel's Pyrrhic Victory"

No matter how you label them, socialist, communist, progressive policies, historically always end in failure. Sadly, the world's education systems are a part of that system, fail to teach history, and enable more of the same...
At AmericanThinker.com, Alex Alexiew writes about Germany's Angela Merkel and the European Union. He seems to predict their policies are also not sustainable and will eventually lead to their demise. He begins:
"As expected, Angela Merkel has convincingly won her fourth term as chancellor of Germany and unofficial, but no less real, leader of the European Union. The mainstream media will again erupt into an orgy of adulation for the new leader of the free world; the slayer of populism; and last, but most, the anti-Trump. While the adulation-cum-E.U. triumphalism is a given, few will notice that it is taking place as both Merkel and the E.U. enter a period that will bring ruin to Merkel's reputation and the fantasy of an E.U. super-state that will finally prove the superiority of Europe over Trump's America. For her reputation is built on the fake assumptions of the European socio-political model, which is doomed."

"...American Companies Purposely Committing Suicide?"

Many businesses seem to be losing sight of their inherent goal to make money...
Wayne Allyn Root shares his thoughts about this in an article at Townhall.com:
"Why are so many of America's liberal CEOs committing brand suicide?"

Chicago Gun Violence: 37 Shot, 3 Killed Over the Weekend

Try to wrap your mind around this...
Ryan Saavedra reported this at DailyCaller.com:
"Chicago greeted the first official weekend of the fall season with bloodshed as more than three-dozen people were shot in the city.

Since the start of 2017, at least 473 people — including three this past weekend — have been shot dead in the city, according to data collected by the Chicago Sun-Times."

The National Football League has picked a side

For the record, I'm with this writer...
At LegalInsurrection.com, William A. Jacobson writes about this, and then makes quite a few valid points. And then there are the astute reader comments that follow the article:
"The most revealing aspect of the culture war is not that the professional entertainment industries are uniformly and aggressively liberal, but that they have pushed politics into every aspect of our lives. You will be made to care in the classroom and now, on the sports field.

The result, for me, is a withdrawal from much of professional culture."

Coming Soon - Variable Speed Limits

Something is wrong here...
At Spectator.org, Eric Peters writes about this:
"Even better — from a certain point-of-view — than a radar trap based on an under-posted speed limit, is a radar trap with a changing speed limit. One that can be dumbed-down at random and with no prior notice, at the whim of the same government workers who enforce the limits and profit from that enforcement."

American Superiority

A long story, but a fun read if you want to talk about speed.
The SR-71 became operational in 1966. This story was 1986.

Try to imagine what we might have today.

"I Loved that Jet"

If that's not impressive, maybe this is --   "Five Countries Who Fired Missiles At SR 71 Blackbird"

And for a time when your TV programming fails you, here is the full story

"The images of Stonehenge they DON’T want you to see"

Somehow, I would not have expected this...
"Ivan", at ancient-code.com writes about Stonehenge:
"Stonehenge, an ancient monument that attracts millions of tourists a year holds many secrets. One of the lesser known is that the standing stones we see today, in fact date back less than 50 years, as a result of numerous restorations that have taken place for over 100 years."

Micro Aggression

Have you noticed this, too?...
At Townhall.com, Derek Hunter shares his thoughts, and more:
"Being a victim is now a coveted status on the political left, so liberals aspire to it by creating asinine things such as “microaggressions.” A microaggression, for the sane among you who haven’t heard of this form of self-martyrdom, is an affront (racist, sexist, homophobic, pick your liberal trope) so small neither the person committing it, nor the person on the receiving end of it, can notice it."

Why Obama Really Spied on Trump

It is quite clear that the spying DID happen...
On the FrontpageMag website, Daniel Greenfield explains that "Obama had to spy on Trump to protect himself.":
"It’s the pattern that exposes the motive.

When we learn the whole truth (if we ever do), we will likely discover that Obama Inc. assembled a motley collection of different technically legal pretexts to spy on Trump’s team.

Each individual pretext might be technically defensible. But together they add up to the crime of the century."

Wiretaps may prove Trump right — and that’s absolutely terrifying | New York Post

Considering all that is and has been against him, President Trump is looking more and more like Superman...
In the New York Post, Michael Goodwin writes about the war on Trump and more:
"The more we learn about the last eight years and eight months, the more reason there is to believe that something is rotten in Washington.

I don’t just mean the ordinary corruption of the swamp variety. I mean something fundamental, something that suggests major elements in our government believe they, and not the people, are sovereign."

The Hillary "Blame List"

Accountable? I don't think so...

"A Chicago judge amazingly rules that grant money can be mandatory'

It's becoming more difficult to respect judges...
At HotAir.com, Jazz Shaw wrote about this:
"The scrapping over JAG money (Justice Assistance Grants) for sanctuary cities reached the next level this week. A federal judge in Chicago somehow issued an injunction preventing the Justice Department from not issuing grant money to non-compliant cities. As the Associated Press reports, it was Chicago bringing the challenge, but the judge extended his ruling to cover the entire country."

"Danish Government on Escalating Malicious Migrant Crime: 'Worst Situation Since 2nd World War'"

Oh my. "Thousands of incidents"...
10News.One-Danish recently reported:
"Thousands of incidents involving loosened wheel bolts on cars, large rocks or cinder blocks thrown from highway overpasses, and thin steel wires strung across bicycle paths meant to decapitate unsuspecting cyclists, is spreading a growing sense of horror among the Danes.
In almost all cases, the perpetrators have turned out to be from MENAP countries (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan).
In the latest development of what has been characterized as “massive low-tech jihad“, gangs of migrants and refugees of Arab or North African descent are now shooting innocent people at random in the capitol city of Copenhagen, placing in danger the lives of both locals and visitors to this popular tourist city."

And now, it resumes

I have decided to resume my previously suspended blog; but please bear with me, as I have some learning curve of changes to deal with...

My methods will remain the same as the blog’s original intention.

I’ve always considered unsolicited emails intrusive, and every one I send gives me discomfort.
For you, this means no more “_Undisclosed Recipients” emails from me.

I decline to commit to posting every day, but starting tomorrow, I'll try to share some things you might not find on your own. Granted, some of it may be “different”.

If you notice the 13 flags and color scheme, you'll know where I’m coming from. I'm hoping it all works for you...
