Cash for Clunkers
This politically motivated "great sounding" piece of legislation won't cut it...

Cash for clunkers won't help car sales because most cars won't qualify for a voucher. A better idea is to just donate car to chartiy and get a tax deduction instead. For a list of over 1,000 charities to donate car to, go to http://www.cars4charities.org.
